ECI systems can accurately diagnose and measure illusive factors such as key motivators and behaviors essential for top performance. They use this information to build practical applications to support the "people" side of the business, such as selection systems, performance development programs, and careerpathing processes.

ECI needed to move their employee assessment and performance measurement tools to a web-based environment, all while retaining client identity, security and centralized reporting. Caxiam built a custom website application that allowed ECI to administer the assessment tests to prospective or current employees of their clients remotely, greatly reducing costs and logistics. The custom solution allows instantaneous test results analysis and delivery, notification to relevant parties, and real-time graphical representation of results.
