Carefree RV Resorts (Carefree) is a privately-owned company that acquires and operates high quality RV parks and manufactured home communities. Carefree currently owns 50 communities containing over 12,200 sites located in Florida, Texas, California, Arizona, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina and Ontario, Canada. Carefree also manages twelve communities totaling 2,395 sites for private owners, not-for-profit organizations and estate trustees. The communities provide not only a place for full time and seasonal living, but an active adult lifestyle with abundant activities such as swimming, fitness classes, arts and crafts, group meals and parties, affinity clubs, fishing, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, and educational and wellness programs.

Caxiam Group worked with Carefree to create a robust website with 40+ microsites. Carefree required extensive custom cms controls over their website to meet both the needs of constantly updated park listings and special offers, and search engine placement and optimizations. The back office also had to support a per-park event calendar system, which could be used by park owners to maintain their event listings.
