Before joining Caxiam Group, Jim spent four years with EA Sports, Tiburon. During his time with EA, Jim was responsible for leading the Central On-Line department in architecture and development decisions. He developed the core networking code to interface with all games produced by EA Sports, including titles such as John Madden Football, NHL Hockey, Tiger Woods Golf, and NASCAR Racing. At Caxiam Group, he leads all system architecture efforts and designs next generation frameworks to accommodate cutting edge software. Jim is an expert level programmer in C, C++, PHP, and ColdFusion who learned much of what he knows during his 11 years with the United States Navy.
