Eric manages the creative department for all client projects from initial concept and strategy,
to design & development completion. His background includes 10+ years of designing cutting-edge
interactive material, websites, and custom software. He has served as the Creative Lead &
Interactive Designer on websites & applications for Bank of America, Visa, AAA & ADP.
He is a traditionally trained designer; educated in composition, color theory, illustration,
animation, and other studio art disciplines. His interests and inspirations lie with interactive
design, music, photography, & cinematography. |
Ethan manages a highly technical team of developers in building high quality web sites and web
software. When he's not knee deep in code he uses his business acumen to help drive Caxiam Group's
products and services, business relationships and development, as well as overall company growth.
Ethan has been developing web applications for 12 years and has served as the lead architect for
several well-known clients such as Benihana Restaurant, Bank of America, Herff Jones, and AAA. |
Jim joined Caxiam Group in 2007 after working for four years with EA Sports,
Tiburon. During his time with EA, Jim was responsible for leading the Central On-Line department
in architecture and development decisions. He developed the core networking code to interface
with all games produced by EA Sports, including titles such as John Madden Football, NHL Hockey,
Tiger Woods Golf, and NASCAR Racing. At Caxiam Group, he leads all system architecture efforts
and designs next generation frameworks to accommodate cutting edge software. Jim is an expert
level programmer in C, C++, PHP, and ColdFusion who learned much of what he knows during his
11 years with the United States Navy. |
With fifteen years of video editing skills, graphic design, information design and web
development experience as well as a unique understanding of the relationship between
conceptual design and back-end architecture, Dave brings a passion for creating the
visual and functional elements of all web site and web software initiatives coming
out of Caxiam Group. Dave has expert level skills in Video Editing, CSS/HTML, Photoshop,
Javascript, and website design. |
Will manages projects from start to finish, keeping the communication between clients and
the Caxiam Group team seamless. Will also helps push projects through the various development
phases and contributes to each step along the way. He keeps current clients happy by managing
maintenance requests and allocating tasks. Will's years of experience serve him well in his
countless responsibilities - project management, strategic planning, web maintenance, and
development of custom web-based applications for Caxiam Group's broad customer base. Prior
to joining Caxiam Group, Will worked for several large companies such as Business Objects and
Fidelity Investments. |
Joe brings it all to the table. He codes, he builds database driven applications, handles
multiple programming languages, and builds large-scale web applications. He brings a high
level of technical knowledge to site architecture and database driven websites. Given his
mix of academic and professional experience in technology and computer science, Joe is fully
qualified to navigate the constant challenges of the web industry. |
